eyeSlices® accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discovery. All prices listed on the eyeSlices® website are in US Currency.
eyeSlices® offers two forms of shipping within the continental States in the USA: Regular Ground Shipping for $3.99 or Express Air Shipping for $9.99.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of eyeSlices® unless they are faulty, damaged or returned with sealed packaging intact.
If you think there is a problem with your eyeSlices® , call 1-877-393-7542 for a Return Request Confirmation Number within 5 business days of receiving the order. The eyeSlices® product must be returned to eyeSlices® within 10 business of our representative issuing you a Return Request Confirmation Number. All eyeSlices® product(s) must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging included with the eyeSlices® product.
In order to receive an eyeSlices® product refund, your returned parcel must include your original eyeSlices® invoice number and/or a copy of your order invoice and our Return Request Confirmation Number assigned to you by a eyeSlices® representative when you called to notify us of your intent to return product.
eyeSlices® does not refund your return shipping costs on your eyeSlices® order.
eyeSlices® recommends that you: use a shipping method that offers shipment tracking for all returns and that you ensure your package for safe return to eyeSlices® and that you declare the full amount of the products in the shipment incase the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You assume all risk of loss or damage during transit when you return your eyeSlices® product(s) to us. If you do not use a shipping method which offers tracking and/or allows you to insure or declare the full value of the eyeSlices® then you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
